Why I hate Drive-Thrus.... UPDATE!

We stopped at the Starbucks in Kingman Arizona today. I ordered my Carmel Cappuccino, my wife and daughter's drinks. I'm standing there as the lady working the drive-Thru lists off the pastries available. She starts to grab the Cranberry bliss bar pastry(the last one) and drops it on the floor. I was standing there thinking, "I wonder what she's going to do...". So I quickly look away and look back to catch her picking it off the floor. I'm thinking, she'll throw it away... NOT! She packages it up and serves it to the unsuspecting drive-thru customer....

If that wasn't bad enough. My drinks were given to me in a drink holder. We're down the road on I-40 before I get to my drink. I pull it off the drink carrier and it's like less than half full.

Read the comments below. I got a very nice e-mail from Starbucks. They made it right.
